The nominee:
1. must have coached for at least 15 years at the varsity level.
2. must be/have been a longstanding member of the EMSCA
3. should have merited league and/or statewide recognitions
-List of coaching achievements/awards and individual and/or team accomplishments.
3. must exhibit leadership, character, the same ethical and life standards expected of his athletes.
-Team and Program Sportsmanship
4. should have examples of giving back/contributing to the local soccer community, either personally and/or as a program
-Good of the Game
5. will provide their career win - loss record
6. must have at least THREE (3) Letters of Recommendation (One must be from administer from most recent school ~ AD, Principal, Dean of Students)
