One of the primary repsonibilities of the Eastern Massachusetts Soccer Coaches Association is to recognize in an honorary manner all-star caliber players in Eastern Massachusetts and recommend players for All-State, All-New England, and All-American consideration according to the rules and regulations of the organizations involved.
